Conference planning and delivery for an international NGO

As the Under-Secretary General at the International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA) in 2024, I co-led an international, remote team of 24 to develop and execute the National High School Model United Nations (NHSMUN) conference, an annual event attended by 5,000+ participants. This involved designing training programs and debate progams on educational topics ranging from global governance to climate-related issues. I oversaw the development, editing, and compilation of hundreds of pages of training and briefing materials, standardizing delivery practices and improving the preparedness of staff members based around the world. I previously served as Assistant Director and Substantive Director, during which I was responsible for committee operations, planning, and procedures, ensuring a well-supported experience and enhancing learning outcomes for participants.
